Illustration accompanying a part of a chapter from the Cults of Cthulhu sourcebook.
(1) A short brief for a quarter page work was given, and I created three concepts based on it.
(2) Concept 3 was chosen, and more character specifics were provided. I created two value options for the image.
(4) Value concept B was eventually elaborated via digital painting and additional references.
(5) After approval of the digital painting, I made a base drawing traditionally and provided color options.
